How long will my order take to reach me?

When you select the product that you wish to purchase, an estimated delivery date will be displayed. This date is dependent on the quantity available in-stock and whether there are customizations required.

Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship to Singapore addresses.

Can I choose my delivery date and time?

You may choose your preferred delivery date/time at the checkout page, subject to availability. For more information, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy.


Are there discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders and purchases. Please fill up our bulk order form or email us at [email protected] with the item(s) you are interested in and the quantity you would like to purchase.

How can I change or cancel my order?

After your order has been placed, no cancellation or changes to the order are permitted. For more information, please refer to our Refunds and Exchange Policy.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via credit cards and/or direct debit via Internet Banking. Currently, the following credit/debit cards are accepted: American Express, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa.

Do you accept payment in installments?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any payments via installments. All payments must be made in full, upon purchase, via our website.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Can I return a product after it has been delivered?

Not satisfied with your purchase? We have a 60-days return policy!

Any request for returns / exchanges must be submitted to us within 60 days of receipt of goods. Refunds will exclude any delivery, scheduling, location and/or staircase delivery fees (referred to as ‘Delivery Surcharges’) paid when the original order was made, minus any restocking fees.

How can I return a product?

First, contact us with the details of your return request. Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund.

Items should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging and tags fully intact. TAG retains full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

How can I get an exchange for a product?

We only process exchanges for items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to make an exchange, please email us at [email protected]. New Delivery Surcharges may be applicable (e.g. staircase delivery, location surcharge).
