Shipping and Delivery Policy



Orders amounting to SGD$300 or more qualify for free installation and delivery. Otherwise, delivery and installation are chargeable according to the purchased products. Additional delivery fees may be applicable as stated below:


Standard Delivery Fees

A delivery charge of $30 per trip per location applies for purchases below $300.


Multiple Items Delivery

If you ordered more than 1 item in a single purchase, you may receive your items separately on different delivery dates and timings. In most cases, we will do our best to arrange for your items to be delivery on the same occasion. You will be notified in advance should your items be delivered separately.

Staircase Delivery

If order items are required to be carried up the staircase (e.g. due to non-lift accessible floors, non-operational lifts, unable to fit into lift, management denies access to lift), an additional charge of $10 per item per floor will be imposed, starting from the second non-lift-accessible floor. The breakdown is as follows:

  • First non-lift accessible storey: Free of charge
  • Subsequent non-life accessible storey: $10 per item per floor will be imposed.
  • For example: Delivery from ground floor to level 4 will cost an additional $10 * (4-1) = $30.


Timing Surcharge

Deliveries requested outside of our delivery time slots (Monday to Saturday, 9:00AM to 7:00PM) are subjected to an additional surcharge of $30.


Sale Items

Sale items need to be delivered within 1 month of order date, and promotion items need to be delivered within 3 months of order date. Otherwise, a 5% storage fee per month will be imposed.


You may choose your preferred delivery date/time at the checkout page, subject to availability. We deliver from Monday to Saturday, 9:00AM to 7:00PM. The delivery date/time that you select will only serve as an indication of your preferred delivery timing, and a sales representative will contact you to confirm your delivery timeslot.

We will ensure our best efforts are made to accommodate to your preferred timing, but on rare occasions, the timing may be subjected to change due to scheduling constraints. Customers must be on-time and present during the stipulated delivery period to facilitate the process.

Should we face difficulties in fulfilling your order within your preferred timing, you will be contacted at least one (1) business days in advance of your preferred date of delivery to notify you of any change to the preferred date or time that you have chosen.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that arise before or during delivery, TAG reserves the right to change the delivery date and time. While we strive to deliver according to schedule, we seek your understanding where delays or difficulties cannot be avoided. We will notify you at the soonest should such unforeseen circumstances arise.

TAG will not be liable for any losses, damages, injury and/or expenses that may arise from any postponed, delayed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries, to the extent permitted by Law.



We deliver to Singapore addresses with the exception of the below locations:

  • Pulau Ubin
  • Pulau Tekong
  • St John’s Island



You may request to reschedule the delivery at least 48 hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM. Excluding Public Holidays) before the stipulated delivery timing, subjected to availability of next delivery slot. Please indicate in your email the order invoice number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent to you.

For re-scheduling of delivery within 3 working days of agreed delivery, TAG will charge a restocking fee of 15% of the order value. Any rescheduling of deliveries for the following reasons will require additional delivery charges of 15% of the order value:

  • Denied entry by building management (e.g. private properties)
  • No one is present to receive the delivery items
  • Reasonable access to delivery location is unavailable (e.g. obstruction of passageway, no lifts, narrow stairway)

If TAG is liable for any delay and rescheduling of the delivery, all costs will be borne by TAG. We will not be liable for any consequences, losses and/or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods.



There are no installation charges, unless otherwise stated in the product description on our website.



Self-collection will incur no delivery fees and can be done at our warehouse:


  • 7 Mandai Link, Mandai Connection #09-29, Singapore 728653



  • Monday to Friday: 9:00AM to 12:00PM and 1:00PM to 7:00PM
  • Saturday: 10:00AM to 1:00PM
  • Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays

The disposal service applies only to like-for-like items (eg. the delivery of your new sofa and disposal of your old sofa). Please ensure that the items meant to be disposed will fit in the lift / can be dismantled with ease.



TAG shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and excludes any liability from us for any personal injury or death caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by Law.
